Become a ShubhFitness partner venue
List your gym or turf on ShubhFitness, then choose whether to accept members on a ShubhFitness Pass. You set the rules; we check every pass and send you a monthly statement.
From listing to Pass partner
Step 1: List your venue
Create your gym on ShubhFitness and build a listing for a branch: photos, address and map pin, opening hours, facilities.
Step 2: We check the listing
The ShubhFitness team checks the address, pin and photos. Once approved, your venue appears in Find a venue — a listing alone does not take the Pass.
Step 3: Ask to accept the Pass
In your console, tick “Accept network members”. We agree the per-visit amount (and any court-booking commission) with you and record it with the date it starts; then we approve you as a Pass partner.
Step 4: Your desk checks passes in
Receptionists and managers scan the member’s pass in the console. Each accepted visit is recorded with the terms in force that day.
Step 5: Monthly statements
Each month you get a statement of visits and bookings to check. Approved statements are paid by bank transfer; questions go through a dispute, and corrections appear as adjustments — never by editing the past.
Your venue, your rules
Members see these before they travel; the desk check enforces them.
- Opening hours and closure dates (from your branch).
- Network-free blocks, for example weekday evenings.
- Network places per day.
- Visits per member per week at your venue.
- Which Pass plans you accept.
- Facilities a Pass visit doesn’t include, and a fee you collect on the spot (shown to members first).
- Your own members always come in on their membership — you are never paid twice for them.
Built so you are paid for real visits
Server-checked passes
A pass is signed, valid for 60 seconds and used once. Limits are counted on the server, even when several desks scan at the same moment.
Every decision recorded
Approvals, suspensions, term changes and visit corrections are audited with who did it, when and why.
You can step back
Turning off acceptance stops new Pass check-ins at once. Confirmed court bookings are still honoured.
What we don’t promise: a number of visits, or automatic payouts. Per-visit amounts are agreed with each venue; statements are paid by bank transfer once approved, and you can query any line through a dispute.
